Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Finding blood and foreign hairs on the bed and pillows does not make it a $1000 per night hotel. Christine at the front desk was extremely helpful and service oriented, however hotel policy should include providing the guests who had an issue as we had, a little something: bottle of wine/ free drink at the bar/ spa treatment to make up for the housekeeping error. It’s not like we need it, but it’s the right thing to do. We do understand errors happen, but it’s not the fault of the patron. Suggestion: change hotel policy to be more accommodating when hotel stuff make mistakes.

Beautiful as pictures shown! The ocean view and the Infiniti pool are just stunning. I picked this hotel in Eze while we visited Nice because of the nice view! Didn't disappoint me. We only stayed for one night and since it was in March, the pool is too cold to be used. This hotel will be perfect to stay in the summer. We will definitely come back if we visit France again! The lady at front desk (I didn't know her name) she was so nice and speaks good English!

Beautiful vistas, staff was very pleasant and the food at the hotel was good. Obviously not the four seasons but I would absolutely return and look forward to doing so. The only downside was the shade in the bathrooms does not close for privacy and “if” someone were to walk by they would be able to see you shower or… that said no one is suppose to walk from one patio past another, but there is nothing to stop them from doing so.

Excellent views! Parking available. Room was comfortable and nice. The outdoor pool and bio bar were very enjoyable. The staff were a little slow with service, but helpful. You can walk to town, but it will take about 20-25 mins and it is up and down some hills.

We kept winding up a switchback road and I was confused about where we were going. Once we pulled up to Hotel Les Terrasses D'Eze I was in awe. The view! OMG THE VIEW! Absolutely stunning. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and have I mentioned the view?! When you book make sure to request a room with a water view. The lower rooms have a tree view. This property is also a spa. Do block out a couple of hours for a treatment. I highly recommend Hotel Les Terrasses D'Eze.

Had to upgrade room to be able to have a double bed, the room had ants and other bugs crawling around in it. The water for the bath and shower was lukewarm and the sink didn’t drain. Ordered room service which came to 35euros for 2 hot chocolates and orange juice. Hot chocolates were cold chocolates and was about half a teacup in each cup. Spa facilities smelt of sewerage pretty badly. Not sure how the staff could not smell it. The pool was not open

My family and I had a great time. The rooms and the views were amazing. I emailed the staff on before our visit and they helped me plan an amazing holiday with my family. The spa services were also fantastic.

If I had to summarize the review in one word it would be THE VIEWS. Unforgettable and phenomenal location, with stunning infinity pool and super clean pool area. Friendly hotel staff, EASIEST check in and out. We arrived 3 hours before our check in time, just to drop off the luggage and venture out to explore the area. We asked if it was possible to check in earlier and hotel staff made it happen without hesitation. Front desk people were attentive and courteous. Hotel offered us complementary spa vouchers but since it was for adults only, we did not take advantage of the perk. Our 5 y.o hates to be left out of any activities, so we decided not to upset her. Hotel also has a restaurant with stunning views, tennis court and yoga retreat. Thank you to the entire hotel crew for making our stay extremely pleasant and memorable.

This is a stunning hotel in a nice location close to Eze village (with complimentary shuttle service!). The rooms are large (we stayed in a family suite), bathrooms spacious and everything is very clean and well-maintained. The pool area, lobby and bar are all exceptional, especially for a small hotel. The staff is friendly any professional across the board. And the spa, particularly the day pass (actually 3 hours…more than enough) might be the best deal going for 30 euros — highly recommend taking full advantage. The only “minus” for this hotel is the restaurant / food, which is really subpar. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the following morning, both of which were simply not good: food totally bland, dinner entrees not well prepared, overall quality just NOT GOOD. To be honest, this hotel would be a Perfect 10 if they could improve the restaurant/ dining options. I would happily recommend and return, though probably not for dining.

5 star view but 2 star cleaning
5 star view which was gorgeous. Cleanliness not up to much with many hairs on the floor in the bathroom which weren't mine and some stains on the walls in the toilet. Shower was dreadful with no pressure and didnt stay warm and was rather slippy and precarious to get out of. Surfaces in room were dusty. Good parking which was at no extra cost.

An absolutely fabulous location in the French Riviera less than 30 minutes from world famous Monte Carlo & Monaco. If you are looking to relax and unwind, this location will not disappoint. Well worth a visit for any bucket list.

The view is incredible from every room. The rooms are larger than photos make them appear. The terrace that each room has is very enjoyable. They are shared, so you can hear others, but the view is incredible and there is very low street noise. Restaurant was tasty and capitalized on the ideal view. The staff helpfully provide whatever is asked. Parking here is actually quite convenient on-site. To me, a better option than Chateau Eza as it's not as exorbitantly expensive, each room has a great view, and there's much less motorway noise.

This was a spectacularly scenic location. Hotel is nice, clean, well kept, and quite comfortable. The pool facilities are beautiful. The spa is very nice and would recommend using it. The restaurant meals were excellent but we were there for three nights and the menu never changed. A new entree each night would be welcome. You are paying for the beauty and the isolation here. You cannot walk anywhere and a taxi to Monaco is 50 euros one way. To the village of Eze is 15 euros. If serenity is what you are looking for, this is a great and spectacular place. It is not a place for convenient access to other locations.

This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are very spacious and light. We had a balcony and a sea view which was beautiful. The infinity pool is amazing and there is a good gym as well. The food was also very good.
