"A highlight of our visit to Goa. We were well looked after and every one of our needs was met. We were found a trekking/waterfall guide on short notice who was excellent. We managed to even check in early. The food was delicious and filling. The walk around the plantation is enough of a reason to visit but what we enjoyed most was the natural unchlorinated pool surrounded by the jungle. "Stay away from this hotel, it’s dirty, front desk is a mess first they gave us a smoking room, then changed for a different room which we hadn’t booked and finally we were giving another room with just one bath towels, one very worn out face towel, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the fridge in the room doesn’t work either. The pillows are very thin and the view is a dirty gás station. We had booked the room with half board the front desk person had no idea what that was. The dinner was another...

"The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India.
