"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"For us this was a surprisingly ideal stop on the way to the IOM ferry. Despite being at a busy junction, good double glazing made it quiet. There was secure parking for our car and the ebikes loaded on it. "Little awkward to find on foot from Lime Street. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious. Big gripe: hot water cut off and only way to get it back was to use boost button but this took 45 mins and we missed a timed event because we were late arriving. Small gripe: 1 saucepan to cook in. Needs more. The main toilet flush was weak. Would return, but will remember to boost water heater after going out or during down time! "
