Needed to ask for replacement towels (we were there 10 nights) and also ask for extra toilet rolls .. all provided...

"We arrived at the reception area at 17 30 the place was locked I had to use my UK phone to arrange to meet him 20mins later, this is not a Hotel they are small houses,there was no security on the back patio doors as the lock was broken, the television didn't work, the kitchen was poorly equipped I did ask him for some cups and other items but nothing was produced, the bedroom was very damp as was all the bedding, I also asked for the internet he promised to turn it on! there was no internet, I...
