The most irritating was the Hoarse noise made by owner of the hotel for My booking. He actually Kept on shouting on the website who booked my stay. He actually wanted to deny my booking But the website people forced him to allow me to stay on my booking,I must thank hotels.com for that. They fight for their customers with greedy unprofessional hotel owners.i was given a tiny room which was for hotel staff with no Hot water in December, no towel No tv remote no shampoo no conditioner No water bottle. Phone was there but without receiver.i after asking many times they gave me towels and a water bottle. No menu in the room, no breakfast were provided until 10.30 which I paid extra
