Upon arrival, the property appeared unkempt and tired. At check in we discovered the swimming pool was not Included in the fee and would cost another 30€ for one half day. At the pool terrace, we were removed by staff as our pool passes did not include sitting at poolside! We were sent to the “garden” area which was a weedy, garbage strewn area away from the pool. Our room was very, very dated and unmaintained, including several lights and the television not functioning, no air conditioning and dirty bathroom vanity. We were advised that the central air conditioning is controlled by the front desk and would be turned on, which it never was, or was set so high as to be useless. The internet was spotty and very slow. The mattress was old, lumpy and had a huge dip in the center, making for a terrible night’s sleep. All in all, absolutely our worst stay in Sicily.

Ho trascorso un weekend di fine agosto 2024 una camera tripla (2 adulti 1 teenager)con divano letto fronte letto matrimoniale,stanza confortevole con un bagno grande comodo ed un piatto doccia grande veramente ...con l'acqua che usciva dal soffione con la giusta pressione ( lo scarico del piatto doccia funziona) di solito sono quasi tutti otturati! Hanno abbassato i prezzi delle camere ma la piscina si paga a parte ad un prezzo abbastanza sostanzioso La colazione a buffet è ricca con la qualità discreta La pulizia delle camere é ottimale. In reception ti danno risposta ad ogni domanda La piscina é bella ed anche le postazioni dei lettini sono comodi lontano dalle urla e schiamazzi della piscina Posto auto vicinissimo alla camera Abbiamo messo in considerazione con la mia famiglia che potremmo ritornare Fuori dalla struttura nel raggio di 2 km c'è tutto ciò che può servire di prima necessità

La struttura molto grande e ben posizionata è parecchio lasciata andare. 4 stelle non corrispondono ai servizi offerti. Le stanze sono grandi i bagni nuovi ma per il resto la struttura è abbastanza fatiscente. Colazione scarsa siamo scesi alle 9 e non c’era quasi nulla. Peccato perché la struttura nel complesso è bella e la posizione comoda sia per raggiungere Modica sia per raggiungere le spiagge vicine.

Piscina non inclusa e troppi letti in camera

La struttura è carina anche se necessita di un po’ di manutenzione. La nostra camera aveva potenzialità di spazio e comodità ma oltre il nostro letto matrimoniale c’era un divano letto aperto che ci hanno detto non si poteva chiudere; quindi lo spazio era interamente occupato dai due letti. Nella struttura c’è la piscina ma si paga a parte, ma al momento della prenotazione questo dettaglio non è segnato da nessuna parte. Personale gentile. Nell’insieme senza infamia e senza lode.

La struttura andrebbe rimodernata, tuttavia abbiamo dormito bene se non fosse per il climatizzatore centralizzato che ci faceva sentire in un freezer e che finalmente hanno spento dopo diverse richieste, l’asciugacapelli si bloccava dopo qualche secondo dal funzionamento tanto che siamo rimasti con i capelli bagnati e la colazione veramente deludente e organizzata malissimo .

Quando siamo arrivati ci sono stati chiesti 20 euro extra a persona al giorno per poter utilizzare la piscina all’aperto, cosa che dovrebbe essere scontata e che tra l ‘altro è l’unica cosa degna di nota dell’hotel. Inoltre nella nostra camera vi erano diversi muro con intonaco delle pareti scrostrato, il materasso era indecente, mobilio bello ma datato, e la TV che prendeva pochissimi canali a causa della carenza del segnale. In sintesi, non credo ritorneremo più in questa struttura .
