The room description said bathtub and there was no tub in the room. The bathroom door didnt close all the way. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a room at this location where the bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way.
Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean, well stocked, and had an impressive array of features.

a perfect place for our family members to stay while attending a wedding. So glad there were a few snack items for sale 24/7. A bar or restaurant would have made the stay superb.

The property itself is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was perfect. It is right next to Hwy 99 and you can hear the cars. As light sleepers, we had trouble sleeping. Next time we will bring ear plugs and ask for a quieter room.
I was blown away by this place, considering maybe a mile away is not a great neighborhood, but this was so safe, clean, and easy to access. It was very central to everything I had to do this weekend, and I already know I will be staying here again! Delicious, nice spacious rooms with tons of amenities in there.

We were on the 3rd floor of the property, and the foot steps from the 4th floor kept us up until late in the night. The property is right next to the highway on-ramp and its noise was unexpectedly loud. If we were to come back, we'll request a room far away from the highway, on the top floor.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. The heating system was a bit strange as I could not figure out how to turn off the fan even when the heat came up to the temperature set on the thermostat. The room was nicer than I expected but the bed was a little softer than I like.

The property was easy to get too. Grounds were clean and so was the room. We got a king suite. The room was huge, floors were clean. I loved the kitchenette area! Actually that was my favorite part. An apartment size fridge with an actual freezer and the microwave was nice too. Slept like a baby! 10/10 I would stay there again.

This was our first stay in this chain and it is so perfect for families! We loved everything provided in the full kitchenette, and the layout with the king bed for us divided by a curtain from the foldout couch for our kids was awesome. Room was very spacious too. And, we could bring our dog! But, even with this type of heavy use, everything was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was just ok but it’s such a big help to have breakfast included. We’ll be back for sure!

Price was decent, room was clean and spacious! Exactly what the picture showed is what my family and i walked into! Breakfast was excellent! Staff were nice and helpful. Definitely going back for another stay here!

Gave away our reserved room. Complained to management. It was new staff error that didn't bother to read the reservation and description of room. Unfortunately, was stuck with the room for the weekend but manager adjusted the difference and some.
We have tried other hotels and this one is honestly the best one compared to others in town. Will most likely stay here again but this time I will be extremely pushy about my reservation confirmation. Probably have the manager call me to confirm our reservation to avoid any future problems.

Checked in and was greeted by the TV with my name on it. Great touch and made me feel like a big shot. The room was spacious, comfortable and very reasonably priced. If these were everywhere I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Booked 2 rooms a few days in advance. Traveling with family for weekend. Made several calls before check in to confirm reservation. Hotel confirmed every time that our reservation was good and ready for us.
Checked in and when walked into the rooms realized it wasn’t what we had reserved. Called front desk and they blamed Expedia. Called Expedia and they confirmed that the hotel gave away our rooms. WTH!!!
Complained to hotel front desk.
Never have we had this problem before with any hotel especially this one. We have stayed here before many times and have never had any issues till now.
Seriously considering staying from now on , across the way at the Hampton Inn. They go above an beyond to accommodate your stay.
