Excellent service, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Fabrizio from the front desk kept a bunch of stuff we forgot in the safe (including money and jewerly) until we come back to get it from another city and on top of that he didn’t accept any money in return!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Pros: Good location between the train station and city centre, very clean hotel, good breakfast and finally very nice and helpful staffs Cons: Room was a small side but very functional so I was hoping an upgrade as a gold member, but didn’t happen

Palace Life
This is the second time I've stayed at Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel. It is so clean, beautiful, and the staff is quite nice. It is short walk to the local square and then you're connected to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, super comfortable beds, the tub is oddly highly, so if this is an issue for you, you should let them know...lastly the breakfast is fantastic. I wish I had an espresso right now.

nice hotel in good location. friendly and helpful staffs. room (classic king bed) was bit small - but was alright for a night. good breakfast. valet parking was bit expensive but useful.

Nice new hotel.
Really nice new hotel with friendly helpful service. The bar service was limited, but they did make a very good Campari Spritz. One downside is the shower. It has an awkward wand that is hard to adjust to spray in a comfortable way in the tub. A real shower head would have been nice.

We made a great choice. The hotel design and amenities are meeting our taste and comfort. The old city is next door and we love being in Modena, The cathedral and tower were amazing and we enjoyed walking to the Ferrari Museum.

Fantastic Hotel - Great Location - Order Cocktails
I have stayed at other hotels in Modena, and I am SO glad I finally found this hotel. First the location is fantastic, easy to the city center, SHORT walk to train station and really lovely rooms. I didn't really need the chaise day bed, but I understand how that could be useful for others. The tub was lovely, although for those less dexterous, it's quite a high step into; the bar was fantastic, and my colleague had a powerful cocktail. I liked everything about this hotel including their responsiveness. I had my laundry done, when I returned from my business meetings it was all hung and put away. It was just a great stay.

Great location in a leafy street on the edge of town and near the Ferrari Museum. there is an excellent restaurant next door. Small garage but they parked it for me . on street parking was free but limited.

Classy hotel with nice bath. Close to the station and within 5 minutes from City Center. Rooms are a little small and lacking in supplies such as slippers etc. Fitness centre was a tiny room on the top floor with only a few basic facilities. Breakfast buffet is decent for the price and the piano is good!

One night in Modena
We stayed at the Best Western for a one night stopover in Modena. The hotel is stylish and within walking distance from the Piazza and restaurants (~10-15 min). The room was impeccably clean and rather chique, with colored LED lights in the bathtub. A few small inconveniences— there was very limited closet space, especially for more than one guest per room, and no place to hang towels or clothes anywhere in the room/bathroom other than the closet. Overall, a decent stay.

Love, LOVE, Love!!!
I wish we were going back to Modena just so we could stay here again! Their amazing breakfast (for only 8 euros!!!) made us feel human again. They decor is gorgeous, and their staff is very helpful. If you're in Modena, this is the place to stay!!!
