that would shame most quality hotels.
Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent on suite facilities.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the ideal base for a stay in Bologna. The room was immaculate and finished to a very high standard. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager on available. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very close to railway station and a short walk into the centre. Staff very friendly and always had a smile. Not a lot of tourist information about but we used free wifi to do our own research. Very clean, modern, well designed hotel. Room had all amenities including drink making facilities. Not much of a view over internal area, but that was the only negative. Lack of outdoor seating areas, but we used the pleasant public gardens very close to hotel. Restaurant next to hotel very good for...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October.
The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing. They will do anything to help and they do it with a genuine smile. This applies to the lovely gentleman who opens the front doors, to the reception staff, to the breakfast staff. Secondly, don't miss breakfast!!...

The main thing i liked about the property is modern and stylish and very close to all amnesty. Eventhough we haven't used their restaurants for those who wants they do have restaurants and bar available. The staff speak perfect english and are very helpful. The room is clean but the toilets look dated and had some issues with the flash, basically the water doesn't stop running. I am sure it has been fixed by now, because they have a guy who goes around the rooms and check for faults.

Straight forward instructions to enter the property. Located 20 minutes walk from Modena train station and close the hospital where I had required regular attendances at. Venue appears clean. Water bottles regularly replenished in mini fridge which was handy for me to leave chilled fruit inside. Tea / coffee making facilities located in a communal area where it doesn't exactly have a proper kitchen but enough bottles of water to fill a kettle to boil and make a drink. No washing up required...
