"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. "One night stop over whilst visiting relative. Really clean and comfy room. Super friendly staff in this wonderful bar restaurant. We opted for the additional fee cooked breakfast on top of the continental breakfast provided. Large free car park too. Would happily stay again if in this area."

"Started off really well. One of the people from The Crown (which is part of the same group and does amazing food? spotted us walking through town and came and helped us get in the front door. Went downhill from there. The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrive and there were burns in the carpet. The bathroom was filthy. There was a layer of dirt all over the floor, to the point that I thought maybe it was the cover of the floor to start with, until I realised the white bits of floor behind the bath were still white, so it was definitely dirt. Loose bits all over it as well. Bath hadn’t been cleaned and there was dirt in the overflow waste hole on the sink. Bedding and towels were very clean luckily. Tried calling but no answer. Spoke to someone in the morning and they said the manager would contact me but they haven’t. Could’ve really lovely if they sort out the cleaning"

"This was an amazingly relaxed place to visit. The white horse inn was brilliant.lots of little touches that embellished the visit. Top quality and extremely good value for money. Food was fantastic , the fish pie and stake and ale pie would really have me coming back. Their ales are great and if your a cider drinker they likely have one you'll appreciate. Didn't want to leave. Go and visit a community pub. You'll see one here."
