We chose this hotel over a nearby competitor (with lower rates and bigger bed available) because they advertised that baby crib was available, but this was not the case and the reception staff was amused or surprised that we thought they would have a crib. The room had only 1 towel in the meager bathroom that looked nothing like the images shown on the hotels dot com page for our room type. We asked for another bath towel and some hand towels but...
