First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! Someone should be on the property at all times! I did not stay because the contact said that I had a tent reservation and not one of the houses and that they were already booked for that day! So, I canceled it!

Just a tent with a bed. Shower and toilet in separate building, but didn’t see towels. Small A/C. Ok if you just want a place to sleep, 10 minutes from town and Arches park.
