"Spacious and very detailed and mindful of what one will need when overnight in a hotel. However, breakfast quality can be further improved. Only downside of the entire experience although it was delivered right on time as requested. "

"It was a steep hill to climb with luggage. Taxi's were not available even though the website said you can take a taxi. The Hotel has many levels and no elevator. Given that we were fit we managed to drag our suitcases up the hill. Not very accessible for people with disabilities. We enjoyed our stay the room was minimally appointed. The aesthetics were simple & clean."

"Extremely convenient location. Indoor passage all the way from JR Okayama Station to the hotel. Very clean, very kind staff. One can do most of the shopping without going out since it is connected underground to several shopping centers. No need for an umbrella, even if it rains. A bit expensive compared to other hotels."
