The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice.
I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

The room was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the Expedia VIP treatment was honored and then some!!! The staff went above and beyond. The location was great too. Big room, king bed, huge bathroom, classic Japanese luxury toilet with heated seat and bidet function.

Good for a short stay. Clean and welcoming. Not the biggest rooms but for a night or two it's a good place to crash. We stayed here before heading to Sapporo.

Room view was spectacular. Staff front desk Ito and Shino above beyond service …both also understood English language. The Yokohama Bay TOKYU great accommodation and perfect location, it’s near to shopping and restaurants.
