"The hotel was okay, but some of the staff were really bad. We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM. "The hotel itself was excellent and the staff very helpful, the only slight negative was the area which was more of a commercial/light industrial area but once past this the hotel was surprisingly large and well maintained. Due to the area we opted to pay an extra 10€ for the underground car park. Street parking was free and the hotel cost modest. The staff provided a map of the old town and advised us where to park just outside the old town to see the Danube and classical old buildings. The shower in the room was outstanding, there was a fridge and also a couple of bottles of mineral water which were provided. The room was clean. The breakfast choice was very good. Check out was very friendly. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel again."

"Das Novotel Regensburg Zentrum war eine gute Wahl! Unser bequemes Zimmer war absolut sauber, ansprechend möbliert, so wie auch das ganze Haus einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck machte. Die gesamte technische Einrichtung funktionierte einwandfrei, das Personal war freundlich, die Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl bis zur Zimmeretage (14 € für Mitglieder im Accor-Bonusprogramm) eine gute Wahl und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Gefallen haben uns auch die großzügigen Öffnungszeiten dieses Buffets; leider wurden die ersten Dinge allerdings dann schon kurz vor der Schließungszeit abgeräumt. Vom Hotel in die Altstadt läuft man etwa 20min, es ist damit auch für einen Altstadtbesuch gut geeignet und bietet zusammenfassend ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsniveau. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier übernachten."
