"Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips.
Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon.
Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people."

"We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment! My family and I loved every moment. The apartment is super clean and very stylish. The location is perfect, a 7-minute walk to the town center, which made exploring Freiburg very convenient. Tom was a fantastic host, he greeted us warmly, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and shared excellent restaurant recommendations. "We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.
