I travel a lot and this is one of the worst customer service I ever had. First the sink did not work since we arrive, the person of the hotel arrive, fix it and left all the floor wet, and they just give 2 towels so we could not even dry it.
Then second night we decide to give other chance and stay, in the room was just one towel, and they charge us for two rooms, and is to me illegal because they show me the amount just for one room. And when I saw my bank acc and went to ask why they said that I book two rooms, where it was no true, I book true Expedia and it looks just one They where trying very heavy to charge for 2. If I was not there they will never will give back my money, wich they did, I just have to wait like 5 days to reflect back in my acc. So be careful they are trying to be spiky and scam.
Then at the day defenetelly to go no 3rd time for this horrible experience, I ask if I can leave the bags for a bit and was a complete sharp NO. Witch I can understand some hotels don't do, but is ways to said the things. They definitely have a school of rudness. The only decent person was the cleaning laidy that at least said hello in a good way. Is a shame size room is ok. But for the rest dont was your money. From there I move to the Ibis Budget, smaller rooms but great staff and make you fell welcome. Si be ayer of anything on that hotel they will try to scam you and dont expect a cent of good customer service. Just wait of money.
