"Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated.
Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

8.4 out of 10, Very good, (6 reviews)
"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!!
We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (31 reviews)
"Wonderful and warm welcome during our late arrival,
Property is close to main square and bus station.
They provided me with a gluten free bread and dairy free āveganā butter for breakfast and the morning meal is really nicely prepared and presented on table.
The room was cosy and beds were comfortable. "

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2 reviews)
"Great aparthotel directly at the feet of ski lift. Dream location in the winter, considering parking for free itās a bargain, great for summer, biking or hiking. 30 min from KÅodzko, 40 min from Miedzygorze so really close everywhere. AMAZING pool outside and inside, whirlpools, baby pools and slides! Nice hotel bar, although wine sold only in bottles (not glasses) but hearty cocktails. Nice restaurants (Hubertus and Puchaczowka) 5 min away. Altogether great place to start holiday from and visit...
