"Not a chain but a relatively small/medium size property, family owned/operated. An older property in a great central location for most Glenwood Springs interesting sights and activities. I selected it because it was most reasonably priced. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and updated room. Bath, beds, linens, and all furnishings appeared practically brand new. Lighting, outlets and small fridge/freezer were up to date. The free continental breakfast was well supplied and had 2 attendants keeping to room clean and well supplied with fresh breakfast eats. Overall I was very pleased and rate Glenwood Springs Inn a true "Best Value". My fishing buddy who accompanied me to fish the nearby Roaring Fork River and occupied another room shared my evaluation."
