"I was very disappointed that when i went to pay for my room at the time of check-in, the price that had been quoted and that i had reserved was $30 higher. I had planned just enough money for gas and food and money for my hotel. Having to pay that extra $30 took away from gas and food. When I got back to Billings I only had $21 left and i was almost out of gas. I couldn't stop to eat on the way home. That was a big problem as I am diabetic. It was a good hotel but having to pay more than i was quoted was very messed up. Also. It says they have jetted tubs. THEY DO NOT!"

"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful. The guest laundry convenient and inexpensive, and there was an elevator to the upper floors, as well as luggage carts for hauling numerous bags. Breakfast was a hot one with eggs and sausage, as well as plenty of cold options. The location was convenient for shopping and getting around the city"
