This place is the epitome of run-down and unmaintained.
To start with, the photos show rooms with carpeting, refrigerators, and microwaves - mine had none of these.
The room was not clean - spots all over the light fixtures, hair on the wall, and a POWERFUL chemical smell that just reeked. Had to buy a Renuzit just to tolerate the room.
Almost everything in the room was poorly maintained or in bad condition. From the kleenex box in the wall that just falls out to the poorly patched holes in the walls, to the metal ring around the shower head being unattached from the wall, to the shower head itself being coated in lime/grime, and on and on and on. Perhaps my favorite was the overhead light fixture in the bathroom - the metal cover didn't fit at all, leaving a multiple inch HOLE in the ceiling through which moisture from the shower could get to the light fixtures.
The door to the room only closed properly if you pulled HARD on it. Just shutting it, it would seem to be locked but wasn't really.
There were people hanging around the parking lot until probably 11pm playing loud music.
The bed was somehow pretty comfortable despite being VERY hard. The TV worked and was actually high-def so that was nice. The internet worked but I wouldn't trust it for streaming Netflix or the like.
No, I did not mention most of my complaints to management other than the refrigerator and microwave. I wasn't going to change hotels and I doubt a different room would have helped.
