"I was heading into back surgery 2 days after our stay so me and the wife decided to just get away for an evening . My condition made it difficult to do anything really but the staff were there to place me in a closer room , closest to the pool plus parking in a special place. They went above and beyond. The beds could be upgraded a bit but overall a great experience"

"This is my second stay at this location and cannot say anything negative about the experience besides not having a fan in the bathroom. Aside from that, the rooms are clean, the beds are soft, the pillows are amazingly comfortable and fluffy. The complimentary hygiene products are great quality (I accidentally forgot my body wash and lotion) and in large bottles that allow for all occupants to use. I have another 3 day stay booked for this coming weekend and can't imagine I will have any less than an amazing experience then as well! The staff is very polite and eager to help with any concerns or issues. In fact the first time I stayed I forgot my phone charger and the attendant"
