Brilliant hotel large rooms very modern staff excellent and breakfast was well worth the money Also free airport transfer was great when I go back to Canada in 2026 I will definitely be booking in here again

The service at this hotel is outstanding! The hotel itself still retains an old fashioned aspect with dated decor but it is kept very tidy and clean. Beds are huge and rooms very spacious. The pool is very small but they also have a hot tub and small gym which I used everyday and pretty much had it to myself. Local area is safe but to the left of the entrance it consists of industrial units and isn’t particularly attractive. To the right though they have a nice sports bar serving meals etc and...

Awesome service at front desk. We booked a room with a lake view but you had to look at a weird angle to see it. We were also close to the train tracks which woke us a bit along with large traffic vehicles. We had to sleep a bit longer as we'd driven from Toronto but the room was very nice

I had a fantastic room on the 5th floor looking over Port Arthur and the Mighty Lake Superior. Sun rise in morning was spectacular. Loved my room and stay
