"We almost always stay at Marriotts, this particular stay was overall absolutely satisfactory, HOWEVER….the indoor pool was a complete and utter disappointment. Poorly maintained, loner bubbling up in multiple areas, horrible patching jobs along the side that looked to be just done as quickly as possible without any regards to the look, and worst of all, there were green algae spots within the pool itself. Whoever is in charge of the pool area needs to retrain or retire."

"Me and my kids visit the KC area very often and are members of a different family of hotels, but from now on, we have decided to stay at hotel Lotus whenever possible even if we already have "fridahips" with the staff of the other hotel we always stay at. It was nicer, clean, amenities were very good and the breakfast was awesome. This time my children enjoyed the indoor pool a lot more and their hot tub as well. We are very happy over all."
