"Nice hotel with comfortable beds and friendly accommodating staff."

"Before arriving, we had a bad day. Our flights were delayed, had to wait in line for rental car, etc. When we arrived at the hotel, here comes this cheerful girl, Terry. She greeted us with a huge smile and explained the parking. Got us help with the bags, and explained everything about the hotel. Terry promised us we would have a wonderful stay. We checked in with more smiles from behind the desk, and reassured help was there for anything we needed. Room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The next morning, the gym was perfect. We got coffee at the coffee shop, and greeted again with nothing but kindness. The coffee was the best, and they remember our order the next day! The room was a little pricey, but WoW, the customer service was way worth it. What a wonderful staff!!!"

"Staff was not at front desk. Had to wait to check in. Room was dated. Bathroom tub was rust-covered as was sink drain which was not working well. Opted not to use the shower due to condition of tub. Electrical outlets were not secure. Elevator inspection certificate had expired."

"We stayed here as a "stay-cation" for our son to swim. Pool area needs work...and the light bulb with exposed cord NEEDS REPLACED, but it was great to be able to swim. Rooms need work, but great value for the price. Great breakfast and comfy beds. Didn't appreciate not being able to take breakfast back to the room...but overall good value for the money. "

"There was hair in the shower. It’s a nice facility but a good deep cleaning/ refresh would do wonders. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are good. There was a kitchenette in the room which was an added bonus. The evening clerk was very nice. He’s a keeper. Overall our stay was good and I’d stay again. If you have children please don’t let them get up at 4 am and continuously run back and forth across the room and jump off the bed. Think of your neighbors below and beside your room !"
