Miseno Lake Walk Trip

Property was nice but the air conditioning is not the best. Didn’t seem to cool much at all in our room. Otherwise some nice food places close to hotel and a nice area overall. Far from main hub of shopping but you get more of the local stores in this area

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Bright room with superb air conditioning and lovely view. Great location. Front Desk Staff very helpful. Allowed late check out, then held our bags while we did last minute shopping. Wonderful restaurant and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing little hotel nestled in the heart of Sorrento. My kids are already talking about their next trip here
