The room was not clean dirt under bed ..lights not working .. not what we was expecting for price we paid.. faucet leaking.. we have pictures of dirt under bed .. had maintenance fix light bulbs..sorry only telling the truth... God bless yall if you think this was normal....*

Very dated and very poorly kept common areas. Window shades were broken or missing. Light bulbs were burned out or did not work. Washer and dryer needs maintenance. Good location and loved that we had reserved chairs and umbrella.

3 Day Getaway!

Super easy reservation and check in process. Very efficient! We came to to beach to be out and about, the room was perfect for what we needed!! The only thing I would have preferred different would have been a bit larger refrigerator. Would definitely recommend!!

I never wanted to go again!!!!!!

도착해서 주차증을 받았고 거기에 방번호가 있어습니다. 그러나 방의 비밀전호를 몰라 들어가지 못했습니다. 경비원에서 도움을 받아 어렵게 들어간 방. 호텔스닷컴 고객센터에 전화해서 비밀번호를 물어보니 그 방이 나의 방이 아니하고 했습니다. 우리는 새로운 방의 번호와 비밀번호를 받아 체크인했습니다 우리는 도착한지 세시간만에 우리의 방으로들어왔습니다. 객실은 결코 깨끗하지 않습니다 바닥은 모래로 가득햇고 화장실엔 쓰다가 걸어둔 수건이 걸려 있었습니다. 이층침대의 이불은 더러웟습니다. 베란다 역시 더러 웟습니다. 다시는 가고싶지 않은 리조트였습니다. I got a parking ticket when I arrived and I got a room number there. However, I could not enter the room's secret sign. A difficult room with help from a security guard. When I called the Hotels.com Customer Center and asked for a password, it wasn't my room. We checked in with a new room number and password. We entered our room three hours after arrival. The rooms are never clean. The floor was full of sand and the bathroom had a towel hanging from it. The bunk beds are dirty. The porch was also dirty. It was a resort I never wanted to go again.

Not impressed

My mother and I rented a condo at surfside for a quick birthday trip. The room was tidy, however, there was a thick layer of dust on EVERYTHING made you feel like things were not very clean. The Condominium was okay, very run down. the pool area was not very impressive and VERY rundown. The best part of staying here was just not having to drag chairs back and forth from the beach everyday. We will not becoming back.

Contract vs being decent. They are not the latter

Booked and 2 hours later noticed the cleaning fee. I called the management company and they would not let me cancel with a refund.. turned out I had a change in plans and didn’t stay at all.. I asked if I can at least have the cleaning fee refunded and they refused. I can’t speak for the room but, the service was poor.

Surfside Resort was not what I paid for

Having to pay an additional $435 just to get my room assignment was not what I paid for. Also having no services; cleaning and maintenance, etc. in a room that Motel 6 would consider a fixer upper also was not what I paid for either. Either advertise the true price correctly or work with property owners to manage the expectations.

Took them a day to give us the reast bands for the pool. It was hot in the room. Their air condition didn't work well. The room was not well cleaned, towels had hair from other people, not well mopped. The room was outdated. One lamp didn't work, 2 broken chairs in the balcony. I really felt disappointed of this room i feel like i payed too much for what we went through.

The resort it’s self was great, but our room was dirty. A lot of dust, dirty pillows, trash under the bed, stuff splattered on the walls, the showers were kind of gross. The washing machine didn’t work and when we ran the dishwasher it smelled really bad. What is the cleaning fee for?

Reservation # 319308 Itin: 155636277217 To whom it may concern: I am to inform you of my complete dissatisfaction with this property and lack of proper disclosure at the time of booking which in fact has cause us a great hardship during our vacation. Problems are as follows: 1- the room is located directly cross the gym and adjacent to the entrance to the tennis / basket ball court and rec area. The number of guest using that area is overwhelming and it was a constant traffic day and night specially kids bouncing balls in the hallway on the way in or outside of the court up to midnight. 2- room located directly cross from the parking garage and constant slamming of the doors and remote locking or unlocking the cars was a constant beeping into our ears day and night. 3- the construction of this building is very poorly done as there absolutely no insulation for sounds barrier we could hear every conversation clearly going through the hallways and also our next room neighbor which was very disturbing hearing every detail so clearly and our concern of them hearing our conversation so clearly. No privacy at all. 4- we have included some photo showing of how this impacted us. The sounds and constant traffic with activities all over with, Bouncing balls/ cars/ kids running it is unbelievably painful

Dirty water falling from ceiling

Upon arrival the condo smells, cigarette butts are all over the patio and one night into our stay we return to our room at midnight to the ceiling pouring water. Water was leaking throughout the whole kitchen and living room. Food was ruined, electronics were wet and there is no available front desk staff after a certain time. Security was called and even the security guard didn’t know what to to. We had to clean the mess up ourselves and wait for maintenance to figure out what the issue was. Count-Oakes Property management was not available to help, which is who we booked the room through. Hotels.com could have spat in our faces and it would have been better than the way we were treated. We were basically told to deal with it. To deal with dirty water leaking throughout our condo’s kitchen and living room. The next morning maintenance cleaned up our room after telling us they PEAKED INTO OUR ROOM all night long while we barely slept in those conditions. Talk about creepy. Very unhappy with how this weekend turned out and the response I’ve received from Hotels.com and Count-Oakes Property Management. Would like a full refund for our stay as it was quite traumatic.

The property was spacious, clean, well decorated, with a great view of the beach. I did not like the check-in process. There is not a lobby. A property manager has to be contacted and a meeting arranged. Cribs are available but you have to contact a 3rd party.

Very good Location, had to meet mgmt to get packet to checkin, quite confusing, ther was no layout of Hi-Rise apts so difficult to find things, hot tub not working and room layout not very good

The room looked like a college dorm room, smaller than a regular hotel room. There was no kitchenette or living area so I hardly call this a condo. Our tv went, they couldn’t fix it, brought another tv up and couldn’t get it to work then only discounted us $30 for the inconvenience. We will never stay there again nor will we recommend it to anyone.

Extreme hidden fees, don’t do it!!

When we get to the place they charged both rooms an additional $430 +\- for “resort” fees they say you don’t see in the fine print on hotels.com. We were out of time and nowhere to go so we stayed the one night. We were also told we would get up to $250 per room back and 3 week’s later we haven’t seen the money. When I call them they give me excuses. A complete ripoff!
