"Good location and clean hotel"

"From the moment you arrive, there is no staff at the front desk. You have to ring a bell and wait for someone to show up, and they take a long time to come. When someone finally arrived, it was a young man who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even acknowledge or respond to my greeting when I arrived. The air conditioning does not work, which makes the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and very disappointing. Overall, the service and experience were unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay here again."

"For a $310 a night this was the worst room I’ve ever gotten. The smell (wet carpet), I felt a bug crawl on my leg, the shower had hair. I might as well gotten a motel 6."

"They make you valet your car no big deal they shuttle you to and from the registration area and your room. Until they dont come get you. Had to walk to the valet twice , not a short walk , maybe a mile. Everytime we called ahead to get our car they weren't available to get your car ahead of time, which is how they say to retrieve your car. Dont offer these amenities if you are not going to uphold them."

"I bought this room on Hotels.com for my daughter and her fiancé on their wedding weekend. I put the room in her name and e-mailed all of the check in info to her. Check in staff were very uninformed and uninterested in helping. They made check in so difficult and embarrassing. It also took a ridiculous amount of time. Staff was totally unsympathetic to a bride and groom. This was such bad service!!!!! They had to e-mail me a form to sign proving again that the room was purchased by me for her. "
