"Pools and ocean access are great. The property is outdated and rooms are dirty. maintenance team was helpful and professional. My family had a good time dues to outdoor time, but will choose another hotel next time if ever back in the area, but I may be just picky."

"This was the worst trip I have ever been on. From the moment I stepped onto the property the staff was as rude and obnoxious they could be. I reserved a bay view room (1150.00)and they stuck us across the hall from where we were supposed to be. Once notified of the oversight, we were told it would be 100 additional for that room stating third party booking as the issue. When I tried to discusss this with the manager I was told to get on my knees and pray that’s all it is! And in the end I was charged an additional 500! I will be disputing every charge and filing every complaint I can. Thank you Quality Inn and hotels.com for ruining our 20 year wedding anniversary!!!"

"This was our first time staying at the Sundrift Inn and we were pleasantly impressed. The location was great. We had an ocean view room which was very comfortable. We never had to leave the hotel for our meals. We had dinner at Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro in the hotel and it was top notch and very delicious. We also had pizza for lunch at Bucetti’s which is located next to the pool. The owner of Bucetti’s was very friendly and the food was great. And of course the beach was gorgeous and the entire experience was simply amazing! We can’t wait to go back again soon."
