All you need for a short stay

Perfect location and easy to find following tye directions. Allowed us to drop bags before check-in time. The flat is comfortable enough for a short stay. Although looking out on the main road, no noise. It's slightly tired and not exceptionally clean, but can overlook this. Be aware, they only give you 24h to pay and request payment in USD. Great communication from the host. Lots of restaurants and bars around.

The equipment was as in a fully equipt apartment. The badroom looked a little older. The bedroom and kitchen was as new and clean. Outside are running some air conditioner. I had to close the window at night. But there is the advantage of the central location. Very good and fair communication with the landlord.

The towels in the bathroom smelled bad, we had to buy new towels. There were a lot of spider webs and dead flies. The seating area smelled bad; I think you can serve visitors with a clean protective cover. These are really critical things in terms of cleanliness, but you can easily find a solution. After these things happen, I can easily stay again. Apart from that, the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The location is in the heart of the city, in a quiet and green area.

Ottima struttura

La mia esperienza è stata totalmente all'altezza delle aspettative. Le condizioni sono state chiarissime fin dalla fase di prenotazione, ivi compresa la necessità di dover pagare in contanti (contrariamente a quanto scritto da un altro cliente su questi commenti). L'appartamento sito in Lenina Str. 4-31 si trova in una zona perfettamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblico in un edificio ben tenuto nel complesso ad eccezione dell'ingresso un po' angusto. Nella zona sono raggiungibili tutte le principali attrattive di Minsk. L'appartamento al piano terra è in ottimo stato, non nuovissimo ma ben ristrutturato, isolato termicamente e soprattutto pulito. La signora Alena che ce lo ha mostrato è stata di eccezionale cortesia e simpatia. Sicuramente ricontatterò la struttura per i miei futuri soggiorni in loco

Bemötandet var mycket trevligt trots att engelskakunskaperna var begränsade. Både per telefon innan och på plats för överlämnandet av nycklar. Personalen var mycket serviceinriktade och gav många tips. Lägenheten höll toppklass, alla bekvämligheter fanns inklusive tvättmaskin. Läget var perfekt, alldeles invid pampiga Segertorget.

BE AWARE THEY DEMAND CASH AND UPFRONT

Was forced to pay for the apartment in US Dollars !!!! I had to pay cash!!! I explained I am British not American so I can pay in British pounds but they were reluctant to accept Pounds. Then I was told they could take me to a Cashpoint/Bank teller to withdraw cash. Was really stressful what had happened if I had arrived middle of the night? not good. I had enough cash in Belarusian rebels so paid cash and they wanted an extra 5 USD dollar's citing they would have to pay for conversion. Conversion for what??? Terrible experience, just be AWARE you will have to pay CASH for the duration of the say and they will want it there and then !!!!

almost ruins

a room itself was not bad , but the building was almost ruins. Since there was no light at staircase , we needed a flashlight . If I can share the pictures , everyone agreed to my comment. In addition, a staff was so rude and not helpful. I will not stay at this apartment again.
