"Comfortable beds, decors was pretty old and coming apart but usable; pool was out of order 😢 but all in all I would stay there again "

"Overbooked the room I reserved. Pool and hot tub were under construction and the heater/AC unit did not work. The shower towels were tiny and they only had 2 in the room"

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "

"My 9yr old found a sex toy under the pillow. No one told me until the next morning but when it was brought up to management upon checkout when my kids finally showed me they just took the picture of it but did nothing further. Not worth staying in a $200++ per night hotel if you cant even say the bed was changed because the previous occupants sex toys are left under the pillows. Luckily my my children had no idea what it was."
