Did not use gym. Location superb with parking close to U of M athletic facilities. Clean. Breakfast subpar.

The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown
We had a great stay here! The hotel was clean, the staff at the front were super kind, & the bonus of the food voucher for the restaurant was amazing (the food was super good BTW!!) Would definitely consider staying here again!

Just horrible, everyone has their own review but heres mines towel change you have to bring your old one to change for new ones, no house cleaning after I had already requested it. I was there Thursday-Sunday, breakfast was only dry muffin and coffee..bed sheets were dirty, floor had some red stains ...
