"Great experience overall. Great hotel and staff and great location. We easily walked to the Mall of America. Only negatives: the hot tub was out of order and I was caught off guard by the fact that I had to pay for parking. But overall great stay for a great price. We'll definitely be there ..."

"The pool was down and apparently it has been down for months according to our shuttle driver. I find that extremely misleading for them not to share that before booking. Call before you book if you want to access the pool."
