Clean. Rooms were quiet, once the door was closed to the balcony, you could not hear the pool area which was nice. Beautiful hotel! Seem less check in with friendly and accommodating staff: Walking distance to our venue with the door held open with a friendly greeting every time.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was was just fine. Would stay again. Away from city itself but, mall was right there and the transit access is also close and very well run.

Hilton Minneapolis
Great, except for the restaurant server that on Christmas Day was very rude. Don’t even come check on us even tell us anything about the buffet. He was just very rude didn’t even tell me where to pay and then gets mad at me because I was at the front desk and somebody else had to grab him
