"The facility is showing definite wear. Tubs weren’t well cleaned, freezer in the fridge wasn't working. Jets in hot tub were so weak they made them all but useful. Never had rooms maintained for new towels etc. Towels were not stocked by pools other than in the mornings, so nothing by the end of ..."

"Good location to Mall of America. We found it very annoying that the property charges $18 night to park in their parking lot! Lot wasn’t even close to anything else where others might be trying to park. Why charge guests?"
