Average hotel, rooms were ok not the cleanest. There were some red food stains on the carpet. Staff checking us in was ok, just gave us card keys but no other information like breakfast or directions to elevator. Area is quiet but don't take the metro blue line in the evening as it can be unsafe.

Stayed here for a quick trip to the aquarium at the mall of America. Good location. Pool was smaller than expected and there was only one waffle maker so there was a bit of a wait for that at breakfast. Would stay again.

The place has been well used. Check in was limited communication, toilet seat broke, usb ports didn't work, and tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned up in the mornings. I will say one of my kids left a stuffy and they called to let us know so we could retrieve it so that was awesome.

Hot tub filled in with concrete. Bed super worn out any where in the bed you would just end up in the groove. Did get more than 2 hours of sleep. Front desk people rude and argumentative

I would consider this property better for business travelers or others only staying a night or two. My family and I stayed a long weekend (Friday thru to Monday) and while the room layout was convenient with having a separate area for the kids we unfortunately didn't have any 'housekeeping' services provided aside from additional towels being requested & delivered the three days we were there which was disappointing. The breakfast also left much to be desired with the eggs being runny and limited selection/options for the kiddos. The 'restaurant' wasn't as expected and was more like a small bar with a pizza ordering option. All in all, better than others we've stayed at in the 'area' but not exactly as advertised or expected.

Parking lot was difficult with limited space and ran out of a lot of breakfast items, but other than that it’s a great stay. Very clean, staff was great, and welcoming.

Check in staff were great! Our group had two rooms and they made it a point to get us rooms near each other. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location to the airport. Only comment is that the bartender didn’t know how to make a requested drink and didn’t listen when given instructions but that was minor.

Hotel right next to the airport but going through a 3rd party booking does not get you free parking if flying out and you can't get it added on at the desk. You have to book through the hotel in order to get the free parking. There are 2 parking shuttle services within a mile which is what we ended up doing.

Pros is it is near airport and mall of america. Clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast is complimentary and extensive buffet style. Pillows were downlike. Rooms are very spacious. Like the bar and heggies pizza on 1st floor. Cons...Front desk was quick and responsive. I told them 2nd floor hall had no heat it was 30 degrees in hall. They fixed immediately. Beds in room 208 need to be replaced. Softness has gone down to an uncomfortable dip on one side of bed.
