This property is absolutely disgusting. There’s black mold in the bathroom, dirty floors and walls. Hallways smells like smoke. Furniture scratched as if animals have been scratching them. Dust everywhere! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money staying there. The pictures online are a LIE!

It was simple and just want we needed. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best. We had to complain about our room not having the basic necessities and we were moved but the other room was dirty. The room had urine smell to it and garbage in the hallways

The room #313 itself that I stayed in was good, the only 2 problens was the locking mechanism is broken, so always had to try 10 times to enter my room. On top of that, the refrigerator made loud noises very often.

This is just what we needed: nice queen bed, roomy, and kitchen. The staff is easier happy to work there or they fake it very well. Everyone I encountered was friendly. I hope that means they have good management. It is unfortunate that it is located so close to the freeway because there is a constant highway noise. Also, some maintenance could be accomplished. For example the toilet paper holder is barely hanging on and should be remounted.

The staff has always been wonderful but the conditions of the rooms have declined drastically over the past year. Many fixtures are damaged, broken, stained and in overall poor condition.

The staff was friendly. There was blood on our door going into the room and also on the carpet. We did not feel safe staying more than one night. We planned to stay 2 nights, but cancelled the 2nd night.

Ppl holding doors open for others.Leaving it propped open for anyone to either.Doors didn’t work for keys on the outside so had to walk back to front desk multiple times to get to room.My tub had hair in it & toilet wasn’t cleaned properly.Caught to young men smoking in hallways reported but nothing was done.Want be going back paid to much to have to enjoyed.

The only thing this place has going for them was the nice gentleman working at the front desk. My first room, the keys didn’t work. 4 cards tried total. They ended up switching my room because of it and the new room opened but was dirty. There was a black stain on top of my covers, and when I pulled them back to get into bed there was a blood stain. Also had dirty bathroom towels, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. On top of all of this, I got charged for both rooms, and they “don’t know where the charge came from”. Overall terrible experience on my road trip, will never stay or recommend one of these properties again.

Disgusting
Absolutely disgusting room. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Every surface felt disgusting. No blanket or pillow for my son to sleep on the fild out couch and when he tried to pull it out, there was garbage under it. Blanket and pillows in the main bedroom smelled like stale cigarettes. We just got in from a flight and it was 1 AM or we woudl have demanded a refund and ttied to find something else. I would have been ashamed for anyone to see that room.

PARENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN OR OWNERS WITH ANIMALS!! Please whatever you do when you check into your room inspect every corner of the room because housekeeping my does not pull out the furniture after someone stays for a long period of time! I have had to change rooms 3 times within not even being in this hotel for a week first issue was the bed was broken and the fridge wouldn’t stay cold, second room the sink in the kitchen the pipe busted and sprayed all over the place moved rooms due to it being after hours maintenance wasn’t available to fix. Third room my child (3yrold) dropped his toy that so happen to roll under the fridge upon grabbing his toy he saw a straw like thing that he pulled out with his toy after grabbing the straw like thing away I noticed it was coated from top to bottom in white powder my husband took it down stairs to the person working front desk to get them to make a report of the issue why I was on the phone with 911 simply because I didn’t know if my child put it in his mouth upon fire,medic,police arrive both police and medic both ruled it out that it was definitely drugs inside the straw rules it out as fentanyl or coke we then transported my child to the hospital to take precautions in case he did put it in house mouth the doctor at the hospital also rules it out that it was in fact etheir fentanyl or coke and had him monitored. After getting released from the hospital I called Expedia trying to get a refund of this hotel for the remaining 13 nig
