a place to stay cheaply.

Staff was helpful when I needed a late check-in. Location is convenient, close to freeway, restaurants, shopping, etc. Property condition was relatively poor; cabinet doors not closing properly, paint chips in the walls and ceilings. People hanging around the building all hours of the day and night; a party with loud music and yelling outside my window at 1AM. Walls are thin; you can hear neighbors clearly.

I have stayed there numerous times and found that a week or two there was very safe as with any other place ....you have to use common sense and be oblivious to your surroundings. All necessary needs were met.

The facility was a home away from home. I found it to be quiet, relaxing, and very accommodating. Management was very pleasant and understanding. I found the facility to be rather safe. Unfortunately, NO ONE IS SAFE IN AMERICA ANYMORE, there are too many mentally ill people walking around and there are too many guns available to use for violence.

Was not impressed at all dont know how it had such good reviews, rooms were okay! You have to bring most of your stuff, two towels and wash rags, which were in poor condition, no hand towels amd thats all you get, you do ypur trash, so you need garbage bags, your own towels and toilet paper amd the will come to your room once a week to clean a little if any!! Wasnt told that befote I arrived! Very sketchy place!! Would never stay they again!! Very disappointed!

I know and realize people stay her extended periods of time. We’ve used these sites a lot for travel ball. Those who stayed at the establishment were extremely kind. The inside smelled like cigarettes. And there were spiders inside which should have been killed and sprayed for. The towels inside the bathroom were dirty.

You better read the small print that the office closes at 7:00 pm and if you arrive from a long trip any later than that, you are SOL. I know it's in the small print, yet what hotel doesn't let you check in at 7:30 pm??

Only good for government assistance .

Booked a one week stay. No housekeeping, no trash cans available, stove and full sized fridge, but no cookware. They “needed” to come in my room twice in one day for inspections. Weird place. Only good for section 8 vouchers.

. It was not fully furnished, had no utensils, dishes, cups, pans etc. I asked the front desk on Friday morning why the kitchen was empty, she told me that's how it comes, to buy my own dishes. Drug users were on the property, arguments in the parking lot late at night. The pictures online looked nice but misleading; in person many things were inadequate. "Weekly Towel Service" would be OK for normal towels. But they were thin and under-sized. YOUR HOTEL WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

I had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a nice, quiet area. I especially liked the kitchen in my room — it had a big fridge, large microwave, and a 2-burner stove, which made it really convenient to cook simple meals and store groceries. I’d definitely stay here again.
