A perfect hotel to stay while going to a conference. It was comfortable and chic I especially loved the daily free mini beers and root beers on tap.

Smaller facility that made that accommodations much easier & more personable. In-house restaurant was outstanding, great food & service. Location made for easy travel around the area, in & out of the city. Would definitely revisit.

Great ambiance! Elegant and comfortable. All staff were pleasant and very accommodating. I celebrated my birthday during our visit and they made me feel like family. Thank you especially to Allison, Kay, Viola and Bill. You made my stay wonderful!

It was okay I found someone left over in our fridge. Everything else was nice and staff, I can’t complain , I feel like house keepers need to be more detailed when they cleaned the room . Make sure food was thrown out in fridges etc .

We came to Minneapolis for the Vikings game. Hotel was so close to the stadium and good restaurants. The only thing we didnt like was parking. If you park $at the hotel it ranges from $30 to $48 a day. So you have to get parking at a lot or on the street.

It was very unique but comfortable simultaneously. The Elliott was within walking distance of almost everything. I enjoyed my sray and would recommend this hotel

I like the location of the property. The room was nice, though a bit overpriced for what was offered. The room wasn't cleaned very well or stocked with basic things like kleenex, bodywash, shampoo. The restaurant inside was very nice. Excellent service and food. I wanted to walk around the city more but two blocks from the hotel there were a lot of homeless people, and drug addicts wandering around. I ended up using a car service which was fine, I just wasnt expecting that in the area. The hotel staff were all friendly and accomodating. Overall, I would visit the hotel again in the future.

Rooms were not ready at 4pm for check-in, we got our room after 6pm. it was Taylor Swift weekend and they were completely unprepared. Considering the room was over $500/night I expected them to be fully staffed. There wasn't any nearby places to get food, no snacks available for purchase downstairs.

Room booked - but not available for over 2 hours
We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and we got there around 4:30 since check in was 4 and there was a long line of people waiting on their room since they didn't have rooms ready. They said it was because they were booked the night before but I feel like that should have been planned for, especially with such a big concert in town. We didn't get to check in until after 6pm and ended up missing our dinner plans with a friend were were visiting while in town that we now didn't get to see. It was a very frustrating situation.

Upon arrival we were told that we had to valet park. I don't mind valet parking but it's $48 a night and they parked my car on the street directly across from the hotel and after waiting nearly an hour to get my car from the valet after checkout I simply asked if I could have my key and go to my car that had been left outside on the street all night. I don't understand what I'm paying the $48 valet charge for and I intend to contest it

Everything is great . Just did know you have to pay for parking on the street. No on site parking you have to find parking . There was also a small dry up blood on our bathroom counter. Everything else is great the lobby. Service is great as well
