Checked in late as we were in town for volleyball. The toilet didn’t flush, no time to get it fixed while we were there, so informed them at check out. Also I specifically chose a non-handicap room at booking, and was still given a handicap room.

The location was perfect for visiting our family. It is our new spot to stay in the Cities. We had lots of room to park, and the restaurant on the property was great. We had no complaints!

No body at the front desks for check in Cleaning crew knocked at 8:15AM day checking out!!!!! Restaurant service, staff today around 10AM was awful, attitude problems We called b4 but no one answered the phone when we showed up (16)people they weren't interested!!!!! Not a good image for you guys or any business As a business owner I hope you have a better understanding and appreciate customers.

The"king" bed seemed small for a king and was very hard. The rooms are small. No free breakfast and they charge $3 for the smallest carton of milk I have ever seen. Their attached Irish pub didn't have a bartender at 3 in the afternoon and closed at midnight on a Saturday!

Add On Charges
Overall good property to stay at, one issue that drives me nuts is the add on charges instead of building into the price of the room. In this case it is a $10/day parking fee. We are talking a suburban property with a parking lot that was less than a 1/3 full during my stay. I get it when you are talking urban but in this case it just seems like a money grab.

Everything was great! Pet friendly, clean, quiet. Nice location to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. Free easy parking. Often times no one was at the front desk, but when we did interact with staff they were all friendly and amazing!
