The phone in our room didn’t work. Took awhile for us to figure out the tv was on a hot switch on the wall. Even the front desk didn’t know.

Thermostat set to 65 when we got in room it was 73. Only got down to 72 overnight. WiFi signal almost non existent. Pool towels tiny. Bed comfy . Room big.

Everything was good, the room was clean. But it was a little disappointing when they didn’t really had a lot for breakfast like no eggs just waffles, cereals and yogurts.

I just wanted to swim.
They have a waterslide that, in the room, states that they will run it at request, but when we requested, they stated that they couldn't. Sign also states that the pool opens at 6 am, so hoping for a quiet, solo swim, I went down to find the pool closed and was nicely told that the pool had been open for adults from 10 pm-12 pm, but bedtime for me is 10. A pool in Minnesota, in the winter, is the reason i stay at a hotel.

Very easy check-in, super friendly staff. Room was cold and thermostat battery was dead, she came up and fixed it immediately. Pool area was nice but very crowded with a group of super rowdy kids. Overall great hotel, would go back.

This is a perfect place to stay if you're traveling for business. They do have a pool so it's probably good for families as well. My room was great, everything worked. USB at each side of the bed. Really nice desk area with seating on both sides. Closet with iron and steamer. Thermostat controlled air and the curtains didn't get in the way of the air. Very clean and quiet. There was a couple of places to each across the parking lot and a gas station on the edge as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel the staff are wonderful. Main concerns are beyond the control of the hotel. Like the adjoining parking lot needing repair or a need for additional lighting. It was a great stay and I love the little reading areas and books stashed throughout the hotel. Great breakfast and enjoyable time. Event space nice as well! Thank you for a wonderful time!!!

The price was definitely right for new years eve. But was a tad disappointed that it’s supposed to be adult only in pool after 10 and it was packed with kids will midnight. It was posted that breakfast on holidays was till 10:30 and they stopped at 9:30 till the food ran out. The hot tub was warm when we got in then realized the bottom jets was shooting cold water. The pool water seemed to be about a foot low. Garbage in the hallway on my level after midnight but it was New Year’s Eve so I can’t be too upset over that. All in all I was disappointed but would possibly give it another try if they improved a little. Hotel seemed a little out dated also.

The room was not cleaned before checking in. The manager tried to help by offering to switch us to a much smaller room or a 18% discount. The manager gave the impression that he wanted to do more compensation but, the corporate structure would not allow him to do so. The staff at breakfast were rude and slow. When we arrived the food trays were empty, there was a 15 minute before restocking. Then they were rude and condensing when people continued to grab food 5 minute past thier posted end time.

Fun and good price
Nice place for cost . Was completely out of towels at the pool area for the night so it was tough . Breakfast was great and service was good ! Water slide was fun for all ages .

Very Nice !
Our check in was wonderful. We were able to check in a little early which allowed us to rest a little after our long drive before we had to be somewhere else! Staff (Teddy) was super!
