Great hotel!! Beautiful rooms with a kitchenette. Very clean. Checkin was very efficient. This is my new favorite hotel in thw Twin Cities.

It took three trials to find a room that does not have a terrible smell although even the third room was not door free but it was bearable. I completely disagree with the rating that has been given to this property it definitely deserves a much lower rating. I would never stay at this hotel or the ones by Jasper.

All was well (not amazing but fine) until about 11pm when a party checked into the room next door and I discovered there is absolutely NO soundproofing. I could hear their conversation like it was happening in my room, and every time they dropped anything or opened/closed the door my bed shook. Sounded like 3-4 people in the room. This went on till 2am and started again at 8am. Pretty unhappy. If you sleep like a rock the motel is okay otherwise but I won't be booking again.

I checked in on Friday around 6pm, I was given room 212 ( it was still in use by someone else bed unmade, items on floor) I was then moved to 312 (and the shower door were off the hinges, front desk stated I was given the wrong room) I was moved again to 411 where the room was infested with roaches, I have pics. I checked out a day early on Saturday and was not given a refund. The front desk Person gave me a wrong number and name to the property manager.

Horrible experience. I've stayed here before, so I knew what room I wanted. I booked the deluxe oversized king suite. I was given a basic king studio. Difference in size and price. The girl at the desk was very rude when I questioned her about it. She stated the deluxe rooms are never discounted even though I showed her my payment and also from the last time I stayed. She told me it must have been a mistake. I told her it sounded like a problem with her and the hotel website. The room was dirty. The toilet wasn't bolted down and moved when used. There was dark hair in the shower. The blanket was thin and not warm. There was noise all night making it hard to sleep. Was told there would be breakfast from 6-9. There was a cold waffle, 2 slices of bread, some syrup and juice. I won't be staying here again and definitely won't recommend this hotel to anyone else.

The photos look very enticing. I have to say the room was clean, except for the bag of onions and 1/2 bag of cereal left behind. The only clock was on the microwave. The phone hadnt been wiped off in awhile. And if you take a shower, theres no place to set your soap or shower supplies. ( there looked to have been a shelf at one time,but was removed ) The towels were smaller sub standard. We had no idea this hotel required a cash deposit of $100 ( you got it back if the room was left as found ) The bummer the next morning was the coffee pots were broken and the ' breakfast ' was very minimal of bread, bagel or frozen waffles. We were a bit disappointed in those mentioned things.

Room was very clean and nice but no place to put products on in the shower, you could tell that shelf used to be there but was gone. The lotion packets they left were old and dried up.could not get the Tv off of display mode only had cable remote and needed tv remote to change it,told front desk and no one helped just took down the room number. Dont stay expecting much for breakfast that consists of frozen waffle,small bagel, white bread, no milk ,no cereal, no yogurt was not a continental breakfast

I have never stayed in a hotel that required $100 deposit and no bottled water and asked for $10 for checking in 30 minutes before check in time. Breakfast is not good at all. Sticky floor is not mopped I would not recommend this hotel.

Better off somewhere else
The property upon arrival had an unpleasant odor. Tue desk representative was very friendly and helpful. However the room I reserved that said it slept three had a king bed and a recliner couch. The couch was divided so it was not set up for sleeping in. We requested to change and at that point agreed to a ln additional $15.00 charge. The new room had two beds. Linens were dirty, the tub had mold. There was a kitchenette but not a single dish, glass or item to use the kitchenette. Overall the room was lacking in a big way. Breakfast was pretty pathetic. Bagels, slices of white bread, juice and coffee. A far cry from the photo splashed across the wall above where breakfast was served. I wouldn’t stay again.

I’d never stay here again. Beds are uncomfy (a little unclean), rooms have a huge echo, tv volume goes from super quiet to extremely loud randomly, walls are thin, and the hotel itself just felt like a cheap stay. Overnight staff was knocked out at the desk and didn’t even hear us. There’s no security here aside from your room door. You get what you pay for. It’s also $100 CASH deposit, can’t use a card. They also charged me in the middle of my stay despite telling me it would be at the end. Very weird experience and there are better options nearby.

It looks okay from the outside. They will ask you for 100 dollars in cash in order to check in regardless if you purchased the room prior. They also need to look at your room before you get your 100 dollars in cash back. I did see them deny a man that had a reservation with a flat tire and wasn't able to drive to get cash. He had to have his car towed. And left.

The room was advertised as “oversize” yet seemed about the same size as similar rooms at other properties. Staff seemed disinterested in our presence and was not very warm or inviting. Kitchenette cooktop was dirty and I would not use even if cookware had been available. Elevator had a very unpleasant odor. We would not choose this property again.

At first glance it looks great
At first glance I was really pleased with our room. It was spacious and had a little kitchen area. However, I had to wash the tub out before using it. There was hair and dirt all in it. The washcloth was so dirty when I was done cleaning. The towels were not clean, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been washed in a long time. There was not even a toilet paper holder. The fridge was dirty, and there was hair in the bed. There were kids screaming all night long and nothing was done. We were on a recruiting visit and hoping to find a hotel that we could stay at multiple times in the future. This will not be the one.

Interesting Hotel
It was an interesting hotel. I was amazed at all the large trucks in the parking lot. I enjoyed talking with the various craft workers staying there. The room was good with a large refrigerator. The biggest disappointment was the scanty breakfast. The hotel is showing it's age and could use refurbishing.

Dont stay here!
No towels, no coffee, toilet seat broken. I booked two nights and because I left one ofm6 keys in the room when housekeeping came in to so called clean, they assumed I had left, so they gave my room away eve thou I had already paid for two nights. Sobasically they stole from me and they would not reimburse me.

The rooms were not very clean and smelled awful. My TV didn't work and didn't get fixed until the second day I was there. The breakfast served was horrible and no selection at all. Thank god I was rarely in my room for the stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Screen in room cut, stink bugs in room, glass of water found on floor by bed at check in, long dark hair found throughout bathroom. No coffee pot in room, only decaf coffee in lobby, continental breakfast a joke.

Check in was a little difficult they could not find my reservation ,even after I gave them confirmation email so they told me to step aside while they helped six other people. Once we got to room it had an unpleasant smell and everything was sticky. After wiping everything down I looked at my socks and they were black. So I threw them away. Cheap place to stay ,safe enough, parking over crowded with construction trucks . Free coffee never saw the free breakfast. I think next time I’ll spend more to get nicer place.
