"To be honest , i stayed there before & the services was good. But this time , i wasn't really happy for it ... "

"The single lane driveway to the property is a treacherous/slippery downhill drive. Unit sleeps 6 people but manager charged me $30 for extra bed that is filthy. Included breakfast is only coffee & toast. No choice but to buy their food, pricey $9 per person. Not a resort; No activities; No services! Not worth a 2nd night stay!! "

"The Villa is a beautiful property with breath taking views, The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free. Smart Tv in the huge villa room a clean swimming pool and a private beach with a coral reef the hotels provided free snorkeling gear .. Highly recommended slice of paradise. "

Our stay was only a one day celebration. I would recommend a stay of 2 or more days as the logistics of getting there and opportunity to relax made it difficult. "The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! The last day the WiFi came back on but nobody bothered to let me know they changed the password! Staff was very nice and food was decent (especially compared to options around...

"Had a fantastic stay here at this property, The location with the fantastic view is ofcourse the highlight going down to the beach is only 5mins , coming back with motorbike (habal-habal) took 2mins with 25peso. Very Responsive in terms of communication.The family really took care of us also offered us a free pick up in sabang market at arrival. My room was beautiful and quiet room indeed."

Tropicana Castle Dive Resort powered by Cocotel

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. 5 levels elevator broken. My wife in disabled and it was extremely difficult for her to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. Asked for ground level room, they said too bad. Padlocks instead if door keys. Sheets had holes in them. Bathtub, but handles removed so to couldn't use it. Cement floor with paint on it pealing off. Pool water always cloudy. I could go on but you get the idea..."

"Great resort, wonderful staff, extremely accommodating and very clean. The food is amazing also quite beach access. The dive shop is top notch. You won’t get hassled by people like in sabang. I will only stay at badladz from now on when visiting puerto galera. Oh and the beer is ice cold!"

Best hotel in Sabang

"Second stay at LLV and, again, even being critical couldn't find a fault. Top notch room and amenities with speedy and always polite service. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The 109 steps up into room L88 are burning off some extra calories. Will be back!"
