"Great experience overall. Decent room, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and nice restaurant. Started badly as they cocked up my taxi booking from the airport, but they sorted it and apologised. My driver (Andres) was brilliant and looked after me during my stay, becoming a friend in the process! If i could give him a score of 11/10 I would."

"The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious. The only things I didn’t particularly like were the television, which felt much too small for such a large room, and a noticeable motor-like noise that could be heard during the night. Aside from those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
