"Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Tahoe for the price. The lodge has such a cozy, welcoming vibe the second you walk in. Staff was super helpful and informative, and the little perks like a complimentary drink and s’mores kit were such a fun touch. The room was spotless, cozy, and had great ambiance lighting. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere (restaurants, casinos, everything). I’ve stayed at more expensive places in Tahoe that weren’t half as nice. Will absolutely be staying here again."

"Loved this hotel and the staff were the most pleasant and helpful staff I’ve come across. The buffet breakfast (not included) was delicious! Resort is beautiful! Pool and hot tub are indoors which is so nice in Tahoe where it’s cold more than it’s hot. Room was great. Live music in lobby in the evenings (nothing loud and obnioux). Will definitely stay here again (and possibly only here)."

"Hello, We had reserved a specific suite, but upon arrival the manager informed us that it was unfortunately not available. Instead, we were offered a different suite with what was described as a better view (our original booking had a street view, and the new one was supposed to be an upgrade). We agreed to the change. However, the replacement suite turned out to be quite noisy at night. It was located near the rooftop area, and despite some distance, the mechanical equipment on the roof created significant noise that made it difficult to rest. This was disappointing, especially since we were expecting an upgraded experience."
