Perfect stay in a perfect location. Excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were respectful, accommodating, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Nice rooms, good staff, good air conditioning and good location.

We had an excellent stay x

Staff are super friendly and very helpful and speak very good English. Can't wait to go back

Excellent service

I really liked the Retreat. My room was really a large apartment. Spacious with full length windows on two sides overlooking the sea, gardens and swimming pool. Nice restaurant area with idiosyncratic Korean inspired food. At fist I thought the room was a little rustic but that was due to customs built furniture pointed dark brown. Amazing place good location staff super friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again and definitely recommend

Overall I had a decent experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The hotel and rooms were clean, though I felt there was still a bit of room for improvement in terms of thoroughness… One aspect I found inconvenient was the policy of having to leave the room key at the front desk every time you go out. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and good for the price.

Excellent, recommended for everyone

staff all great pool staff was so helpfull, great cooked breakfast air con great in my room quite 602,, wifi aliitle weak had to ask them to reboot they did and worked well

The villa was beautiful and spacious, and the cleaning crew did a great job cleaning it daily. I loved the “extras” the hotel provided, eg free SUP rental, free transfers around GL, and free fresh coconuts almost on a daily basis. All staff we encountered were wonderful and friendly. There are a few minor points which I think the hotel could benefit from improving: 1. Offering hair conditioner and body lotion in the villas and 2. Offering Filipino / other cuisines in the restaurant.
