"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"

"Our family spent just one night at the hotel, but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is unbeatable though getting there by public transport may be a challenge. We drove and there was enough parking even though it was shared with beach-goers. The hotel itself has only two spots by its entrance.Service was excellent and check-in was quick and efficient. While the hotel is not new, it is more than made up by its amenities and room views, and what views we had!! Kaimondake was right...

"The staff are very friendly but limited English. The room a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The restaurant is also pretty good for meals at night and the shabu shabu was awesome. They also make their own ramen noodles. There is a rooftop Yakiniku beer bar with all you can drink shochu and beer bar for about 4000y. There is a 711 right next door. The Shinkansen train ststion is only a few minutes away on foot. I’d stay again as it’s quite affordable and decent. "
