"This hotel does not merit 4 stars simple on the basis of the accommodation. The room was so small it was even difficult to lay out 2 cases The shower head was broken.and the furniture left a lot to be desired. It was so close to the main road that sleeping was an ordeal. The only redeeming factor was the view."

The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working.
