We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. Tottori Businesshotel Shiki no Yado
客室は非常によかったです。お風呂も大きく、キッチンや洗濯機等もあり文句なしです。 ただ、フロントでのやり取りがスムーズでなかった点のみが残念です。

Lumiere De Bonnart
幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。 ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。 あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。 部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。 体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。
