The room was wonderful, but it wasn't the one we reserved with Hotels.com. It sounds like your system wasn't set up to realize that room was not available. Saint Kate made it right by us and we will forever be grateful.

The Iron Horse Hotel
Walking in the place has a real warm feel. The folks that greeted me at the front desk were genuine, warm, and very kind. You can tell they love their work place. Customer Service was amazing!!!
