this location is consistently clean, quiet and modern. Beds and linens great, temperature controls much better than average for this price range. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are well kept and staff is attentive.

Very friendly service. It would be helpful if cups were provided in the bathroom and at least two small bars of soap. Also, when hotel is not full, it would be nice to have a room that is not directly below or next to other guests (especially families with kids) because the noise Carrie’s very easily. Guests should be reminded that others may sleep in in the morning and to be considerate in the hallways early in the morning. This is a very lovely hotel with great staff!

A very nice hotel, very clean. Breakfast options very good. Only thing was the room heater/AC unit was very loud, rattled during the night sometimes. Maintenance was informed. otherwise a very nice place

The check in process was a nightmare. They had everything messed up. I reserved 5 rooms and they had me down for 7. All rooms were on different floors. The WiFi wasn’t working and they never told us even after giving us the information on how to access the WiFi.

The desk agent was very kind and helpful but I had booked a 2 queen room and all that was left was king rooms. He rebooked us in a room with a rollaway bed. This worked, but as two adults we would have preferred the two regular beds we requested.

Hotel is amazing, breakfast is the best and a very delicious variety of food. I loved it! Everything was awesome EXCEPT customer service at Check In, the woman seemed annoyed and gave us very ugly stares as why are we there?? My mother checked in about an hour later and same issue happened with her. Check out is at noon and Housekeeping was already knocking at 10:30am on our doors asking if we're leaving already. We left the room and at 11:55am and there was about 4 people standing outside our door waiting on us to leave. I find it very uncomfortable for them to do that. I called the hotel to speak to management but he wast there. They said i would get a call back and still didnt get a return call. Hotel is amazing! The staff is just so horrible in regards their customer service

We decided to take a quick family trip to Wisconsin. When we arrived to the room we noticed that the toilet was not secured to the floor. Every time we would sit the toilet would move. When we woke up the next day we woke up to no water. We did not get any notice regarding the water being shut down. When I called the front desk they said, “Oh yeah, the water is shut down for the next few hours”. That was it, no explanation.

Property was clean and the breakfast was top notch.. Priced a bit too high. We could not use the pool because the chlorine smell was soooo strong that it bothered my lungs. No maid service for our 3 night stay, so we had to go to the front desk to get additional clean towels. We stayed in the whirlpool suite, but the tub was in the main bedroom area and not enclosed. No electric ventillation or privacy, so we did not use the whirlpool tub either. The room felt a little damp and we had to have our wet desk chair exchanged for a dry one.
